The £9,000 tuition fee club; Is this it or will there be more?
The BBC has produced a list of those universities that have confirmed or are expecting to charge over the £6,000 soft cap limit. Unsurprisingly the majority of the 17 confirmed are those in the Russell and 1994 Groups however there are already 3 from the Million+ Group who are also expected to join this list to charge £9,000.
In order to do so institutions wishing to charge maximum fees must meet the guidelines set out by OFFA (Office for Fair Access) to ensure that their is diversity amongst new entrants.
