Students can now apply for their loan directly from The Student Room
Last month we told you about the partnership between Student Finance England and The Student Room to provide students with a one stop shopfor advice on student finance. The ‘Student finance zone’ has been a great success and
is being used daily by students across the country.
As a result Student Finance England have added an ‘Apply Now’ button to the site, which will allow students to apply for their student loans directly from The Student Room.
This is a great addition to the site as thousands of students visit TSR everyday and with tuition fees being so much higher for 2012 the questions around financial support are of high importance to prospective undergrads.
The ‘Student finance zone’ can be used by all students no matter what their situation, whether they’re an international student, part-time, disabled or care for a child or adult they’ll be able to find the information they need.
Other services available in the Student finance zone
As always we also have the Student Financial Support forum where students can get support and advice from their peers and discuss their loan queries and budgeting plans to get the most out of their loans and their university experience.
